This southeasterly view from Ledge 2 on the Rattlesnake Mountain trail shows some of the natural beauty of the Cedar River watershed. In the foreground you can see Ledge 1- hovering over Rattlesnake Lake- the destination for huge numbers of hikers and a great spot to see Mt. Si, the Snoqualmie Valley, and Chester Morse Lake/reservoir. I count myself lucky to live in this area, and to have immediate access to the surrounding trails and natural beauty it offers. I'm going to share some of my running routes around this area and also give you a way to find other people to run with on occasion. Please send me feedback on what you'd like to see more of!
